Payments for one-on-one sessions and services are nonrefundable once the session has begun or the service has been delivered.

Separate cancellation or rescheduling terms may apply and will be provided at the time of booking or purchase.

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of applicable law

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cash Cow Cha-Ching, LLC and Combat the Clutter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of—or inability to use—our website, products, content, or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Cash Cow Cha-Ching, LLC, Combat the Clutter, and their owners, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers from claims arising from risks you knowingly assume through your use of our website, products, content, or services.

This release does not apply to claims arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be waived.

17. Confidential Information

During one-on-one sessions, programs, account support, or other services, you may share private or sensitive information with us. We will handle that information with reasonable care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality does not apply to information that:

  • Is already publicly available without any breach of confidentiality

  • Was lawfully known before it was disclosed

  • Is received lawfully from another source

  • Must be disclosed under applicable law, court order, subpoena, or government request

  • Must be disclosed when reasonably necessary to prevent serious harm, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity

You also agree not to copy, record, reproduce, distribute, disclose, or share any materials, methods, discussions, or information clearly identified as confidential or provided in a private program, session, or member area without our prior written permission.

18. Disclaimers and Warranties

The Combat the Clutter website, products, content, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

  • Continuous website or service availability

  • Compatibility with every device, platform, or third-party service

  • The prevention of all data loss, security incidents, or technical problems

Our content is provided for educational and informational purposes and is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, tax, mental health, cybersecurity, or other licensed professional advice.

You remain responsible for evaluating information and making decisions appropriate to your circumstances.

19. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account or access to our website, products, content, or services if we reasonably believe that you have:

  • Violated these Terms

  • Misused our website, content, products, services, or payment systems

  • Shared restricted or paid materials without authorization

  • Compromised the security or operation of our website or services

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the violation. However, we may act immediately when necessary to protect our business, customers, systems, intellectual property, or legal rights.

You may stop using our website or services at any time. Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or provisions of these Terms that are intended to remain in effect.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us through our Contact Us page and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith communication, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Georgia, except where arbitration is prohibited by applicable law or where a claim qualifies for small-claims court.

Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes may not be brought or resolved as part of a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.

Each party will be responsible for its own costs and legal fees unless the arbitrator or applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or emergency relief to protect intellectual property, confidential information, account security, or other legal rights.

21. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms provided at the time of purchase, booking, or enrollment, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cash Cow Cha-Ching, LLC regarding your use of the Combat the Clutter website, products, content, and services.

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

If any provision is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written permission. We may assign our rights or obligations as part of a merger, restructuring, sale, or transfer of the business.

Headings are provided for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our website, products, services, business practices, or legal obligations.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.
